  1. Here are two images from Heritage (not mine) of past sales.
  2. Hi, I think this has been much discussed, but I remember a long ago conversation about different Superman #1 printings and how to tell them apart. Does anyone recall this? And is there a demand or value difference that is starting to emerge between the different versions? thanks
  3. No plans on getting rid of this anytime soon...
  4. Just received! Super excited as this book is very hard to track down.
  5. posted in another thread but also got this recently. I applaud Thewritestuff for having 3 of this book!
  6. Super excited about this one. Came in the mail today. CGC Image is darker than the book which looks great
  7. dumb question, but is there any increase or decrease in value and desirability for different Superman 1 printings?
  8. i am a little surprised that the slightly brittle Detective Comics 35 coverless just sold for $2467 while the pretty nice entry grade 1.0 only got $10,741. i would have thought that latter book would go higher. combined with the soft price on the recent detective 37 3.0, is there a slight softening in pre-robin tecs?
  9. only 5 unrestored on the census. i think this is a really underrated cover
  10. new to the collection. this one is a keeper that looks much better than the assigned grade. the missing centerfold doesn’t affect the Hitler story which is complete.
  11. does anyone know how much did the coverless #35 went for? thanks
  12. I am late to the party, but I started falling in love with Skull covers and snagged these before the end of the year.
  13. Really? A complete coverless Superman #1 sold for 46k? Do you know the details? Thanks!
  14. I had this for awhile but just got it reholdered in its proper pedigree holder. I consider this a joker cover!
