  1. Thanks guv (or were you referring to Comicopolis's one?). Iggy still rulez, don't you know.
  2. Nice. Always liked this one. Has a little bit of everything going on with that cover. Really must pick up a copy of that book at some point. Genuine Atomic Age cross-genre weirdness.
  3. Did you think it was better than Iron Man? Iron who? Indeed. Undead. Underpants.

  5. say it man,say it! That was a powerful, tour de force of a post, you have to say.
  6. for the whole class.. ah I luv being punny... You can't get much classier than two Quo vids in one post. Bloody awesome. Surely the guys from Spinal Tap must've been influenced by that Matchstick Men vid for this song. Not necessarily the song itself, just that the core members of Quo would quickly morph into that denim rock staple of the mid 1970s, sort of the way Tap moved into metal. Weird seeing them looking like that, especially the bassist.
  7. You've lowered yourself to our level. One must stoop to conquer.
  8. So how was it? Who's in the band these days? Been a long time since Wobble and Levene were backing Mr. Lydon.... No Wobble or Levene. Ex Damned guitarist Lu Edmonds, former drummer in The Pop Group and The Slits Bruce Smith and some other bloke I've never heard of. The band were great and Mr Lydon himself was pure magnetism. Videos will be posted soon. It's been over 30 years since he was in the Damned (on the not very good Music For Pleasure album) and Edmonds is still going. I remember seeing him in The Edge in 1979 at the Nashville in West Kensington. Waiting for the vids....
  9. This thread could use a little British class.
