Wow. Sure didn't see that one coming ... -
- 1993 Skybox X-MEN Series 2 WOLVERINE 3-D HOLOGRAM #H-X chase card MINT!! $100 ***Offered up here is one (1) WOLVERINE hologram insert, #H-X, the rarest of the chase cards from the 1993 Skybox X-MEN Series II set, which features a super-cool "transitional" green and orange holographic design. (The holo is full green when exposed to a direct light source; else-wise, it is full orange; but you can see the "transition" with both colors in-between!) This card is in exceptional freshly-pulled MINT (or better) pack-fresh condition; put directly into a penny sleeve and top-loader immediately after it was pulled; and it has NEVER been in circulation. It is most definitely PSA-ready!! It goes without saying this an incredibly tough card to attain even any better than a PSA 7 the majority of the time; even PSA 8's are few and far between, and still command a premium. But to even get a PSA 9 is truly a rarity in itself. And you WILL pay to get one, as a recent sale on eBay last month sold at a BIN (with NO "orBestOffer) for $250. That's actually about the low-end of what a PSA 9 should sell for. I know this raw one I'm selling is NO LESS than a PSA 8 (which generally command about $125+); but I'd be willing to bet dollars to donuts the buyer of this example will end up being very, very pleased with their submittal results...

- 1991 Impel X-FORCE 5-card promotional set (Includes Deadpool, Cable, Shatterstar, Sunspot & Gideon, & Team cards) $65 ***For those who don't know or just need a refresh, these cards were bonus inserts from the poly-bagged X-Force #1 comic book that came out from Marvel aaaaaall the way back in 1991; produced by the long-defunct, but much-loved Impel brand. So, that means we're already up to opening at least five still-sealed bags, just to get this set of cards to put together. That is so far from the truth, it's actually heart-breaking!! UNfortunately, TONS of these cards were just absolutely rife with conditional issues from being in the poly-bags, as well as multi-creasing due to stacking. LOTS of bent corners and extremely rough edges; but primarily heavy stacking creases and bends...usually right through the middle of the cards!! Given that, for this most current set (I've sold three sets previously), I actually had to open another 17 poly-bags just to put this CLEAN set together!! LOTS of complete trash cards from that stack!! The cards being offered in this listing are in at least Near Mint (or better) condition, bag-fresh, and were put directly into penny sleeves and top-loaders immediately after they were pulled and they've obviously NEVER been in circulation.

I've been fortunate enough to SOMEhow keep sales going in this thread, even without too much over-promoting. So, thanks again to ALL who've viewed, rummaged through, conversated through PM's, and especially those who've purchased a trinket or two . I know it's well-past time to sprinkle some more 70's/80's/90's dust into this thread to keep it moving forward. And I plan to start doing that VERY soon; within the hour, in fact; and hope to continue doing so for most, if not all, of this weekend . Hopefully EVERYone who stops by can find SOMEthing they just gotta' have ...
