  1. Top row next to Mantenna is a Lanard "The Corps" military figure and then the rest of the row I believe are all Mighty Max playsets. I just sold the spider one last night, in fact. Lol. The vehicle in between the rows of figures is a Star Wars Snowspeeder. If it's all metal then it's vintage, if plastic then it's the modern Galoob version. Yellow TMNT figure bottom right is Tattoo, red one on the left is Groundchuck, then moving right you have Bebop, Rocksteady, Splinter, Slash, and Shredder on the far right. Above Shredder is Ghengis Frog, and to the left of him is Rat King.
  2. Had a nice find on Facebook Marketplace this week. Some of these might have been old store stock at one point but the condition on the multiples isn't NM. That is probably due to being moved around and not being in bags/boards. Plus, who knows what was picked out of it as the woman said she had them for quite some time except the "ones she'd given away." Not sure where the Lootcrate ones entered the picture as they don't really "fit" but with that $100 TMNT reprint I wasn't complaining. Lol. Still a very cool lot with tons of eclectic fun books. Not pictured were some Dell, Sad Sack, Charlton cartoon and a few old Westerns. An enjoyable time to go through these. 😊
  3. Finished my Star Wars mail in display stand this week. I'm so happy with it. Looks just like the one I had on my shelf as a kid. Bonus pictures of the rest of the figures on the top of the bookshelf. 😎
  4. Alicia Masters to go with Malkovich's Puppet Master.
  5. No, it's not. It's not for legitimate sales and sellers, and the volume of sales dismisses the amateur garbage auction results and pie-in-the-sky price asks. Overstreet getting with the times? Will catch up? They had their shot and missed. They're in the rear-view now. Dylan was an Overstreet advisor, was he not? That's whack-a-mole-ish, yes?
  6. Probably the same mental midget mindset that makes someone send me a $10 offer on a $200 item. Dain bramage?
  7. Thank you for your thorough analysis and insight. I'll re-read the post again later on when I'm home and it's quiet since the first read when I'm at work is probably rushed though I probably don't realize it. Lol I've seen your website, and it's no surprise that when I first saw your more comic-style work I immediately thought of Darwyn. It's a great style and you do it very well. Your paintings are amazing in their own right. Do you do commissions at all?
  8. They better get this one right. The book is fantastic...just shoot the book. That's it.
  9. More garbage from Marvel. They really have zero clue. What the hell happened to this company? We've gone from when Cap picked up Thor's hammer and started kicking the stuffing out of Thanos...to THIS. Disgusting.
  10. "Not backing" Overstreet isn't what did it in...technology did. The Internet is the new Overstreet. Taking recent auction & buy-it-now results on eBay and averaging them out over the 90 day sold window is a far better guide than Overstreet, and especially so now that eBay is offering a 3-year research tool on pricing. Overstreet is the old man with a paper coupon. While it's fun to look through and read, the old guide has outlived its usefulness.
  11. I'm curious, given your critiques on comic art since I've first seen you posting @paqart, what your take is on these guys... 1. Bruce Timm 2. Alex Ross 3. John Byrne 4. George Perez 5. Adam Hughes If you have the time, thanks in advance for your thoughts.
  12. I don't see anything wrong with that Spidey wedding cake topper cover. I think the art is very nice and it's a neat concept with the bloody knife.
  13. I just don't understand these movies. Cars crash, people yell, stuff blows up. That's it.
  14. Cannot WAIT for this show. Bruce Timm gets it. Always has, always will.
  15. I must admit, I'm looking forward to this show. I never thought I'd say that about anything featuring The Penguin.
  16. I believe you need to have at least 50 posts to be able to see the sales forums. Mike did this to combat scamming and spamming.
  17. I have my "Block List" linked right right to my eBay seller page link. I've already blocked several people that keep offering $5 increments starting at 90% off my listed price. They're not worth dealing with and hopefully they get bit by hundreds of mosquitoes.
