  1. I know this girl who used to be a guy..stay with me.. The guy used to collect Star wars.A lot. She has about 40 MIB Star wars toys and vehicles from 1977. I tell you,she opens that door, its like i can hear Arabian nights golden treasure kinda music.
  2. Toy hunter. Oh that guy, man, that guy. Just saying the words gives me instant migraine.
  3. A few cool things. This is no.1.Really weird goofy humor. The back cover joke made me smile. And the nicest of the bunch. There's a nice paragraph on upcoming large-size Limited Editions like Supes Bicentennial and a few others.
  4. Isn't Google drive just fine for large files ?
  5. Ohhh,a Mickey one too ? So you fellas are saying that the printing is very nice on that series ? Is the Don Rosa stuff better ? Is the 25 bucks a good price ? there were 6 volumes in the best comics abbeville set: donald duck, mickey mouse, goofy, uncle scrooge, silly symphonies and donald duck and his nephews. one thing you should be aware of is the mangling of bark's intended layout system where every page should end with so-called "cliffhanger" panels. panels were resized, cut or omitted to fit into the format of the book. the worst example is the punchline ending in "lost in the andes" story, which barks was so proud of, was completely cut out. more info here. Great.More info. Thanks.

  8. On Saturday,i'm buying a first print 1978 Barks Donald Duck . a nice collection of stories. http://montreal.fr.craigslist.ca/bks/3751515420.html
  9. Ok so that Frazetta goodness Creepy 1 i guess is what's inside right ? Since the cover is by Jack Davis. Remember there are no dumb questions.
  10. You know, in the french newpapers here in Quebec. We still gets comic strips of Blondie. In french. That's some legacy.
  11. That is pretty. Good luck on the sub. What grade do you think it is? Maybe 8.5 - 9.0 Keep us informed. I hope it goes well. I have always loved this cover, my LCS had a copy when I was a kid and the store owner let me flip through it. Will do. Suh-weet book.
  12. Actually, it's just the reverse here. That publicity still is probably from "Don't Bother to Knock". Widmark gets involved at a hotel with Marilyn... who turns out to be a dangerous psychotic babysitter. It's Widmark that needs to look out in this '50s variation on "Fatal Attraction"! Thanks. Push her down the stairs Richard ! Push her down the staaaaiiiirrsss ! See ? Same old Richard, different justification.
  13. Sweet run so far Those are great! I'm just lovin' the green on that number 6 ! But the title font on Number 9 belongs to a robot future city kinda comic.
  14. I agree. Probably a typo. Man, someone at Timely is going to lose their job over this. Could he still be alive ? Let's track him down and ask him. Montrealfilmguy :Hey you know that cover you did 180 years ago.. Next Mtl convention,i'll see if Harley has a copy.Or Dale Roberts.
  15. A misspelling of Nazi??? I don't know, first the word Nazi must've been used quite extensively everywhere during that era so how can you miss that ? And second,it looks like there's an apostrophe next to the I,like Nai's. It looks to me like an acronym. Maybe the letterer was drunk on leftover expired eggnog, who knows.
