  1. That's what I thought too, but if you go by eBay, it falls under Bronze. I say eBay because that is what most of us use to judge if a book is "heating up". eBay doesn't even have category for Harley, never-mind Deadpool, wtf do they know about comics?
  2. That's very true. I still have some of the wantlists I made as an 11 and 12 year old back in the early 90s, and NM 87 was right at the top along with ASM 300. I really, REALLY wanted a copy, and I am sure a lot of 35-40 year olds remember the same thing. 98 wasn't even on my radar, and holds no nostalgic appeal for me...though I still think it's a cool book. I kept my want lists for the longest time, but I think they've disappeared now. Mine were more of a checklist though, because I wanted every copy of everything. Howard the Duck was the last title I purchased actively - nothing after HTD was an OO book.
  3. Overstreet isn't the be all and end all any more than CGC is. AND, neither is cover date. Anyhoo, on that note a 6/83 cover date means at least a 9/83 release date, and perhaps as late as October . . .
  4. Yep, I even keep the title in different boxes than my BA books (so as not to taint them).
  5. Yes, want to put a wager on it? Cable-Schmable. How about Cable AND Deadpool?!?!
  6. sold my last copy for $25 a couple of years ago. have been unwilling to go less than that for the remaining copies. feel like it should be at least a $25 book. Stick to your guns. With books like OM3 it's not about trends, it's happenstance. Oh and btw, OM3 is NOT a BA book.
  7. I buy it whenever I see it. It was hot for a bit, but it was a quick bump. People will still buy it for more than the average book. I'm just a big CC fan. Patrick I agree. It seems to do very well: Bats 567
  8. Well, we're only seeing one of the covers, and it does have OWW pages.
  9. I think about them every night. It's only right. So happy together-rrrrrrrrrrrrr!
  10. Well, for one, buying back what you sold for less, is generally against all capitalist principles . . .
  11. It's a benevolent service to those who are leaving money on the table.
  12. I have always liked it. That price is Not really about comics anymore, is it?
  13. But, but it was released after Batman 608 . . . Not according to the cover date! (and it was never "released" it was handed out directly to retailers at a summit- hence the "RRP".) Facts. -J. Btw, that was a joke . . . and please "summit". Where was it, Camp David? Slow day at the office today ? -J. You too?
