So, the time has come for me to pass on some of my collection to some of you fine folks. Other things are starting to become more of a priority in my life and I honestly haven’t bought a comic book in nearly a year. Plus, I need the space… Anyways, I’ll be putting up most of my high grade ASM collection (9.0s and above) starting with #136 up until about the beginning of the vol. 4 run last year. I'd say so. But with Harley, it might be a while before that drops off, if it ever does. Because despite the amount of 9.8s out there of BA12, let's be honest, I don't think Harley would be as big as she is now had it not been for Margot Robbie

They probably have some other unused cover from Ditko or Romita Sr. back in the days a la the ASM 700 Ditko variant. Or do something like they did with the Venom 1:1000, a recolor of a panel/cover

Spot on. Comics should be fun. Marvel have killed it with greed. When ASM had 49,000 variants for the v3 relaunch I knew the game was up. Without being over dramatic, I feel that everything great about comics is in the past. This is exactly when I stopped trying to complete an ASM run

I started off like you, trying to get a near complete collection with all the editions and variants, then when I saw how many variants there was for the reboot of ASM, I decided to just get the regular covers of every issue. Then, I decided to just stop at 700 because of all the reboots Marvel had started. Then the recent clone conspiracy storyline reminded me of the dumb sins past storyline and decided to stop at 500 instead, to avoid that. And now, I just stopped trying to complete a run to 500 because I wanted to downsize from having so many boxes. So if you head down this route that I took, it actually feels like a big relief trying not to get everything ASM. I don't know if this is Marvel's intention, but it helped me save more money
