Antique store find!  These Vlad's have bargain box values, so you'd think I'd have found all three in bargain boxes at cons or LCS, but no, I still need #1. lol  Low print runs could be the culprit.

I have theses issues, they’re interesting. Roy Thomas clearly did his homework on Vlad Tepes. You also can’t go wrong with art from Esteban Maroto.

I checked out this flick yesterday on Amazon Prime. The hair reminded me of Superman’s

I wonder if Dan Jurgens had a man crush on Patrick Swayze, maybe that’s where he got the idea for Superman’s mullet?

I only watched the movie because of Family Guy. Not bad, a nice Sunday afternoon movie.

    Oh no!

I don’t want to knock it until I try it, but I don’t want to try it. I’d rather reread Superman comics from the mid 90s.

But I think this isn't totally new, or there have been some recently enough , that I believe these two tags whom might chime in have had their fill. Idk

I’m not sure about DC’s decision to rerelease these s-shield covers. There are so many copies of the originals out there that comic shops can’t even give them away, even 30 years later.

I assume these are die-cut covers like the originals?

Yeah, I'm a sucker for their marketing.  Marking the 30th year of something that I was around for when it actually happend.  I'm not a fan of the price tag per book but no one said that collecting comics made sense. I'm buying variants raw and getting them CGC'd in my next shipment. Hoping for high scores but you never know, I've been getting a lot of 9.6's on books that I was sure would be 9.8's.

    Thanks for sharing the Link.
