  1. I'd be incredibly happy with an 8! I'm skeptical though and I think 7 myself. Even if the crease presses, the mark on Hulk's pants will stay. Though if everything but that presses out.....yeah I could see an 8. I'm ridiculously optimistic now....
  2. Great copy, I think no more than 9, anything less than 8 is a crime. So obviously 8.5 is your sweet spot imo.
  3. I'd venture an 8.5. Looks like small edge wear on the top, and little corner foxing. I think those keep it from a 9, but likely an 8.5.
  4. Hey all, have another Hulk 181 here, let me know what you think. Please and thank you. biggest concerns are the crease and the scuff mark, spine is pretty good. Not entirely certain if the crease can be pressed out either.
  5. CGC did this with Marvel super Heroes and Carol Danvers. I wrote them that since they distinguished Jason Todd and Robin, Carol Danvers and Ms. Marvel deserves the same distinction. As to why they arent doing this for Cindy Moon/Silk I can only think of 2 reasons. 1, shes not considered a big enough character considering shes new, or 2, no one has called them out on it yet
  6. Personally, my experience has been the exact, 180 degree opposite with regards to customer service. Granted i have not interacted with CGC recently, but my comparison still holds true to the last conversations. With the caveat being they were never really "impolite," but rather disinterested. CGC was always cordial, but the i always got the "yeah, but we're your only option" vibe, still like CGC, just wanted to present an alternative point of view. If you don't see me again, I got banned.
  7. I'm curious, I'd like the opinion of those who've read this. What's your opinion, was this the "inspiration" for Superman?
  8. This year I've finished the Century Trilogy by Ken Follett, Gladiator by Wylie and Ready Player One. Looking for the next book that grabs my attention..
  9. Books finished. It really is a great and quick read. Who's next?
  10. Just want to be clear, Round 1, and the bracket and the next books are not up yet are they? I can't find them. Sorry if this is repetitive, I posted in the old boards site. Still adjusting to navigation and basically everything else on the new chat board site
