    Figment's idea of having set be x% complete before it is considered for registry award ranking, seems to me, to eliminate almost all of the abovementioned issues of points for keys and fillers. I would humbly nominate this as the best solution thus far.

    I actually increased the scores for both issues. 1/5/21. Thank you Silver Surfer #3 (original run) lags behind other major issues in this series. See below for comparison between SS 3 (1st app Mephisto) and SS 4 (awesome cover but no 1st apps). The recent sales of 9.8s for these issues should be indicative of a point bump for SS3.
