  1. Hah I do tend to like the peculiar occult things :), thanks for the compliments!
  2. I think eBay may be the better venue for this, I'm going to close this down
  3. - No HOS or PROBIES please - US only - No trades - PayPal preferred - first wins Up for grabs in time for Halloween is a Hellboy Deluxe Talking Board #87 of 500 worldwide. This is a very cool little occult piece made by Dark Horse Deluxe + Mike Mignola, in 2004. This deluxe edition (features hardwood board and box). Box features an engraving of the Right Hand of Doom on the lid. Inside of the box is lined with felt, Wooden Planchette comes with felt tipped feet for seamless contact with the other side, with its own velvet drawstring bag. Features original previously unpublished art by Mike Mignola and includes Hellboy Deluxe Talking Board, wooden Planchette, and instructions, and Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed by Mignola. I'd rate this in great shape. Board has some superficial scratches to the back, top is nice. The wooden box has steel corners, also has some cosmetic marks here and there, see pics. Planchette and cert/instruction are in great shape. Feel free to ask any questions! $200 PP shipped securely via Priority mail in original box, to the US only, this thing is very solid and heavy!
  4. Mike is awesome! Bought some things off his recent SDCC thread and he was super friendly, fast, and generous to boot! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from his great threads again! Thanks!
  5. HUUUUGE Kudos to Darrell F for helping me with this one, came out awesome! Thanks again man, that's why I love this place!
  6. I don't think this guy gets it. He was threatening to pay, though. next time YOU BETTER GIVE ME YOUR PAYPAL SO I CAN PAY, PAY DEARLY
  7. I'm not one for drama but seriously own up to your own mistakes, here is our PM exchange below, notice the dates - posted a "take" on your thread when it went up on 5/27, never got an invoice - I reached out to you on 6/17 because I had actually forgotten about the sale - you read the post 7 days later on the board, didn't reply - took two days after that to write back a "we're good if you still want it" - I replied back that day for your info and then again 7/9, nothing back from you - book pops up months later and is sold to someone else So, yeah, that's bad business IMO as a seller. No matter a $20 sale or a $2,000 one you need to follow through with sales in a timely fashion to gain my respect as a buyer and fellow seller. It is not the buyers responsibility to chase a seller down, that's ridiculous.
  8. You never invoiced me (weak sauce as a seller) and I contacted you to get your PP info and you wrote back once and then dissapeared. I wrote you twice after and no reply, so get your facts straight before you blame a buyer.
  9. chiming in on this one, I posted a "take" for a book from A-Donis a good while back here: http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=6730092#Post6730092 Albeit was a cheap buy and great deal but he never completed the deal. I PM'd a few times reminding him, got the usual "ok, sure, sure" but he stopped replying at some point and I just let it go. Just bad business, esp seeing he put the book back up for sale some time later here where it sold again: http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=8000601#Post8000601 just my two cents
  10. I should have nabbed one of those for $800 when I had the chance it was a while back though
  11. A lot of the Safeguard copies I have looked at suffered those smudges or over/under wraps. I would always keep a watch on 9.8's on the Bay that were priced high but they never seemed to sell. They were in the $800-$900 range when the MOS movie was coming out but no bites. I don't have GPA anymore I'd be interested to know how the last few sales have been for the higher grades.
  12. I always looked for the Safeguard one as well when I was in the mood for an AC #1 reprint. I try not to take the one I just got on eBay for 3mil out of the bag
  13. PS4 ps3 done no more destiny codes Thanks again (thumbs u
