She also appears in 133 in two pages talking to Dante. Can anyone show me she is Alpha before 138. The answer is no....the only way you can prove it is after the fact of issue 138. There is no way to tell in 132 its a woman, what her name is, etc etc. Later on we all figure it out. Mask off, bald lady, she says her name is Alpha that is the first time anyone knows she is a individual and not just one of the whisperers attacking let alone the leader of the whisperers. +1 #132 has a few things going against it that could affect its desirability as a key book. -No cover appearance on the main cover or on the Loot Crate version. -There is a Loot Crate version. -The cameo page doesn't reveal anything. No face, no name, no indication it's a leader figure. #138 is the big reveal, name, face, intent, introduction etc. I've had this discussion with a friend for months. I think her appearance in the mask is more important than without. Like Dr. Doom or Batman, the mask is part of who she is...so far. That and the only guy involved in the book on these boards said 132. I always thought a reveal of identity was important. They all wear masks with hair so it would be like Spider-man's first appearance in a spider-man costume in a world where everyone around him was wearing a spider-man costume.

Nothing about 132 tells you anything, no revealing dialogue, no identity, the mask has hair yet when Alpha is revealed in 138 she's bald. Also nothing about her profile gives the reader any clues whether its a woman or a man wearing the mask.
