  1. Here's what you get when you order. Now, on their site it says it can take up to 5 days to pull the item and they ONLY ship on Fridays. Most orders take 2-3 weeks to pull, pack and ship. We prefer to ship with and recommend FedEx. If the items in your order must be shipped immediately, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
  2. And they are mainly who I have a gripe with on shipping. It says right on their site 2-3 weeks. Yet, if something is wrong with payment they will email you in a day.
  3. If someone doesn't have scans / pictures for a $50+ book, I would not trust them. If they can't be bothered to do that, I can't be bothered to buy from them.
  4. Just as you said, they are auction houses. Most do not have Moderns, let alone Modern variants. Also, items typically cannot be purchased when I want. I am at their mercy for payment and shipping schedules with no recourse except not to buy from them again. I do not have the option to barter with an auction house. For example, I'm not sure why Metropolis has a "make offer" button. Every time I've tried that they say something to the effect of "sorry, that's a hard price" or "that's consignment, can negotiate".
  5. Rebirth A / B are labeled as variants and have different UPC and distribution.
  6. Not my decision. If it has a properly labeled UPC on it, one of them is a variant. What issues specifically are you referring to?
  7. It means that I define it as a variant, contrary to what was said. There are not exceptions. One issue is designated as a base issue. Anything other than that is a variant. We would never know how many are produced of any comic.
  8. Any story behind this book besides Starlin work? Price #0 CGC 9.8 $870
  9. “‘Eternals’ is one of many many many things that we are actively beginning to have creative discussions about,” Feige told The Wrap, “to see if we believe in them enough to put them on a slate.”
  10. Once again, any proof? I'm not saying you're lying, but typing it here on an internet forum doesn't carry much weight.
  11. Any proof of this? I know that Marvel will include free copies of regular issues to retailers to pad their distribution numbers. I can't see whey they would spend money to print 3,000 additional comics for one store at no cost.
  12. Does GPA list anywhere what sites they pull sales from? I would not have thought a site like this would garner their recognition.
  13. I heard there was an offer to be entombed in clay pottery.
  14. This was pretty much known, although not to the point where it actually was Cates story. He left writing the Infinity Siblings. I assume someone else took over because it comes out soon. Cates’s story took on “a strikingly similar plot” to his own plot for the graphic novels (he declines to get into details about what he means for fear of spoilers), What spoilers though? Must be the next arc.
  15. This one is mild: https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/topic/367761-comicxposure-scam/
  16. So are they going to come out 5 at at time at $150 each?
  17. It's like that old anecdote about the farmer and the goat...
