  1. It didn't say it was her mother in that story. Cable and Hope were married and the child was there. I made some incorrect assumptions. Ha, Louise
  2. Correct. This story does take place in the future. Hope (wife) is killed. Hope (unnamed child at that point) kills the "robot" that killed her mother. At the end someone asks what the child's name is and he says Hope.
  3. Unless I misread it, that's not how it's explained in this issue. She may be adopted, but Cable was married to her mother, Hope.
  4. Huh? Hope is Cable's daughter. It was also his wife's name who was killed.
  5. Why is X-Men #205 her sought after first appearance and Uncanny X-Men #201 is peanuts compared to New Mutants #87?
  6. And I clearly said that in the first post. My issue is that I brought this up before, on here, MCS responded asking for proof. So here you go. What were my options in contacting them? 1. I send them back for a refund. Waste of my time and theirs for $5 books. I can sell these and break even. It's a chance you take with any buy/sell transaction. 2. I raise the issue. They refund my money and tell me to keep it. Then I sell them, profiting off of a zero dollar investment. I don't think that's very ethical, do you? The issue was never about the money, it was about the grading.
  7. I think we all know that is the case. That is why I wrote the last sentence.
  8. That already exists in the Modern section for each title.
  9. You can see that online through the invoice date. That's not the exact date it arrived, but with a few days. You could literally be at the store next to them while they look it up.
  10. At the time I bought these they were selling for a lot more, so I wasn't concerned with returning them.

  12. Were these consignment items? The problem with this system is the seller is losing potential profit. Sure, MCS is as well, but it's probably only a couple bucks to them.
  13. Cook books. I was thinking specifically of DC Presents 22 Whitman. Which I incorrectly stated as a Canadian price variant.
  14. I'm surprised more of the DC presents Canadian price variants haven't shown up. But they are starting to. They are out there. I mean, to think only 5-10 copies of a major publisher comic were printed isn't very realistic.
