Welcome Ronnie Gold, Silver & Bronze is a good place to be. As far as moderns goes check out some of the publications of Image such as Walking Dead, Saga, and Outcast. Preacher which is published by Vertigo is also a good read. Not really hero related but all have great story lines IMO. Also thank you for your service to our country.

Call the lab. I'm sure they would want to know. They may be required by law to disclose to impacted parties where PHI/PII was inadvertently disclosed. Doubt this is the labs fault more likely Fed Ex screw up which will have a conduit exception and not be held liable anyway. You are in the clear.

True, but his appearance in WWBN 37 is a conjuration of MK by a sorcerer not Marc Spector as MK. Splitting hairs a bit here but that's how we roll on the CGC boards. I think CGC does label as an actual appearance in 37 regardless of what folks that actually read the stories think so you are technically correct.

+1. Item would never show as being scanned/accepted at any point if a CGC emp stole an item. Completely off base with respect to the OPs situation since it made it through to the destination sort facility.

I don't really get why MS 28 has taken off to the extent that it has, given that's it's what, the 4th appearance of Moon Knight? Third Marc Spector as MK. But I think the draw is that this is MK first solo story. There are some other 1st appearances such as his love interest Marlene. If there was ever to be a TV/movie adaptation she might make it in.

I think WWBN 32 is a solid book but for that kind of scratch I'm more down for a 9.8 IH 181 if we are talking about BA and not silver. Also I think ASM 129 has quite a bit of room left for growth. I continue to be amazed at the gap in prices between 9.8 and 9.6 grades. FTR I don't have a WWBN 32 but will be shopping for a 9.2 or 9.4 in the near future which I will be pleased with. Too many folks are getting priced out from obtaining a 9.8 and as a result those lesser tier grades will be in more demand IMO. If folks want to get on the MK bandwagon Marvel Spotlight 28 has caught fire since 2014 and seen close to a 300% increase since. IMO it will crack 4 figures soon and maintain those levels of 1k+. To each their own, and god bless folks who can lay out that type of cash.

That is excellent news. I guess Fan Boy can speak for himself, but I confess I do not understand why one would (repeatedly) have their name dragged through the muck in the PL just as a prompt to make a payment. I guess this is the same question everyone always asks, but is that extra time really worth it when the end result is the diminishing returns of a damaged reputation? Sometimes life gets in the way, waiting for work check etc. My opinion is someone shouldn't purchase anything unless they have cash in hand, but that's just me. Agree with your second sentence unless other arrangements were agreed upon but really how hard is it to stay in communication and tap out a sentence or 2 letting the other party know what's going on if payment is going to be delayed. I'm sure most folks would be understanding. I hate that it takes PL nominations to light a fire under people to complete a transaction. They all go on the personal list.
