  1. Hans, I remember the copy you are referring to. I believe someone did the BIN at $2100 or $2200. The spine tear to me also seems to have been from a mylar. Ted
  2. Try changing the contrast and brightness of your monitor. Ted
  3. James, You just answered your own question. Yes, it does look like a corner was replaced at the top of the spine on the front cover as well. Ted
  4. The pieces replaced at the top and bottom of the spine on the Action #9 is obvious. How anybody could miss the restoration on this one is pretty sad. That goes for both the dealer that sold the book and Cage. Ted
  5. If he paid $400K for everything, he'll make out like a bandit. The Allentown Detective #38 CGC NM 9.4 should fetch over $150K itself. The Mile High All Star #3 CGC NM+ 9.6 should fetch over $100K despite the slight glue. You still have all the unrestored copies of Action #1 CGC VG+ 4.5, Marvel #1 CGC VG/FN 6.0, Marvel #1 CGC VG/FN 5.0, Showcase #4 CGC VF 8.0, Mile High Adventure #33 CGC NM- 9.2, #34 CGC NM 9.4, #35 CGC NM- 9.2, #36 CGC NM+ 9.6, #39 CGC NM+ 9.6 and #41 CGC NM+ 9.6. With Cage making several million a movie, there is no need to feel sorry for him. Ted
