Roy, I am Actually going to do my best to get Adam and my bro to sit down and try to work out whatever they can. I think my brother will make things rt. I'm not Doing this to clear my name. As you suggested, rather doing this because from the things that Adam has told me, and putting the pieces together of what I am learning and what I know, I think it's the rt thing to do. Hopefully they can work this out, I'm confident that' this is still a situation that can have a happy ending...

No way. Almost. all my books were stored since about 06. Literally sold the first handful of books from my collection, rt here over the past week or so. The last time I actually sold Anything was a successful deal w/ Adam several years ago. He bought my amazing spiderman run. Haven't added anything to the collection since so no I definitely am not in possession of any of his books.. My brother has no comics. He doesn't sell any at my shop. It's not a comic book Store although I have been advertising for them, none have come in yet. If u ARE ignorant, playing ignorance is all u got. Wish I could lie and offer more but id be making up stories. I know it would be more interesting if I did. Short answer is no. I'm not worried at all about owning any of those books. I wish I did though, I'd gladly give them to Adam if I knew they were stolen. And if I would have purchased any books from my brother I would invite adam over to go through them and if any were his, I wouldn't question it. He'd be walking out of my house with them. I never bought any books from my brother so that is not even a possobility.

I know I can't win but I love the challenge and if I didn't believe in what I was saying, I wouldn't defend myself so vigorously.

When I got on here someone asked who I was and I put it all out there for everyone to see. My name, Ebay id, phone number, what I do etc.. Even my user name has my last name in it. If I was afraid of or if I was trying to hide something, I wouldn't have done that. Adams comments blindsided me. I actually PM'd Adam that day and said after that comment, I will not do business with you and he said "really? you thought I would with you?" and I said yes, I had no clue he associated me with this.. I guess I was naïve. That should shed a little light on things.. RE: Skypinkbu, good idea, I will have to see if I feel as though this is a good place for me. If I am changing the topic, I am doing it inadvertently. I am sorry about that. I am just clicking the REPLY to the specific person I am trying to reply to. Sorry about that, just trying to reply specifically. I was never on here no. I have a ton of experience with Ebay and selling so if my sales stuff comes across as though I know what I am doing and how to sell, it is because I have had a lot of experience doing so. That's it. And yes, the only offers I have received were via PM on todays books, obviously. Do you think that someone will post a "I'LL TAKE IT" after the threadcrapping thing?

I appreciate what you wrote and I agree with what you wrote and I respect the tightness of this community. I would have loved to sit back and become a part of this forum and community, and I felt as though it would have been a great place to network, build relationships and sell/buy but as long as things are being thrown at me with derogatory remarks, accusations and assumptions from whom I have to assume myself as a self policing biased board member, I have to respond and say my own peace. Yes, I have tried to be diplomatic, though difficult at times.

You are literally dissecting every single word I say and trying to find little loopholes in my story when in fact it has never changed. Your assumption of me being untruthful holds no merit aside from your impression of my personal family relationship in which you don't even know me. At this point, I am only responding to make sure that my side of the story is told if it gets brought up and my rep comes into question.

Roy, I can sell on Ebay, locally, other comic forums or through my web site. I came on here because I heard great things about the selling forum. I sold the items on here that I had sold for probably significantly less than I would have if I put on Ebay so no, I am not covering anything up in an attempt to sell books here. I met Adam maybe 4 times in my life. Ask him, you guys are buddies, he'll tell you. One of those times was to help mediate those guys problems. The other 2 times was 1. when he bought a spiderman collection from me, 2. when we bought a small collection together and I think that actually might be it. 3 times unless I am forgetting something. Each time I met the guy was probably no longer 30 mins. Is this really relevant?

Your like the energizer bunny. you just keep going and going. I met Adam, maybe 4 times in my life. I don't really KNOW the guy any better than I know you. I've known my Brother all my life and well, I honestly don't know who to believe but I do find it HARD to believe the allegations Adam is throwing into this are 100% the truth. No one really knows the truth besides Adam and Greg.. Like I said, let them figure out their mess. I want no part of it. I have about as much of a right being dragged into it as you do.

It's their mess. I was wrongly brought into it. They should work it out. And no. I didn't know the extent of what happened. Only what I had heard from both parties. And stories are vastly diff. My bro works for me. Yes. And we haven't worked together since I bought him out of comic shop in jan '06. His dealings w Adam were post that. He got laid off last summer, I offered him a job when I opened my new shop in November. Nuff said.

I actually have 4-5 runs left. No joke. Bought that stuff new from Diamond at the time and couldn't sell em out of the shop. See? you don't like me homie yet you'd still buy from me.
