VCC booth will be packed with Spideys. 31 books under 100 going down unto the 20s. 35 from 101-200. And all sorts of books from 305ish-end. Hoping to also pack it full of Conans, but that depends on how fast I can grade tonight. =)

Awesome Spidey. I've been out of buying since November, but when I get back, tracking down a nice Western Penn is of a high priority. Hundreds of pedigreed Marvels and for some reason I've never owned a Western Penn. Or a Circle 8, but, you know, those are harder to come by.

Sadly I haven't bought much the past 3 or 4 months, though I did grab 75 or so Curator Conans from a boardie a few months back. Life is getting in the way of my comic/pedigree purchasing. Darn life! It's pretty nice to come back to this thread after having not seen it in forever. Great books all!

Not sure it counts for this thread but I was super excited to score the Process Recess 2 Limited at SPX this weekend, along with the Myopic print. Had no idea there were any limiteds left. Considering one sold yesterday for $250 on ebay, getting it and the print for the original asking price of the book, $150, made my day. =)

I love Colleen. Great person to have in the biz. I wish I could have scored some of her Orbiter splash pages. The wife is a big NASA fan, went to spacecamp as a kid, so she would have loved some of the shuttle wide shots.

Yay, this thread back on the front page again! Great books! Few more Mass Copies. I grabbed the #1 too, for the sake of keeping the set together, but it struggles to be a F.

Biggest week my collection has ever had. Mass copy, a knockout of a book. The capstone to what has been many months of Mass purchases. Diamond Run, beats the hell out of my VG copy.

Deathlok; Totally hilarious as after 20,000+ posts, you get all excited over a 9.2 Iron Man #1, and yet don't know what a high grade All-American #16 or an Adventure #40 is. Makes as much sense as a newbie collector rushing in and trampling over 9.6 copies of Fantastic Four #1 or Journey into Mystery #83 so they can get their hands on the 9.2 copy of Spawn #1 or Ultimate Spidey #1. If I were to find a nice copy of said All-American #16, I'd quickly flip it and buy stuff I actually wanted. There's a difference between being a newbie, and just not caring all that much.
