the first book of the cmj origin trilogy, and one of the great g.a. books. old label; as far as i know,this one has never been pressed, etc., and i've owned it for a looong time. rarely trades, gpa no real help at this grade. a 1.8 sold for over $3,360 in august, so that gives you some idea of the value.

ROMANTIC HEARTS V2 #9 CGC UNIVERSAL 5.5 White/OW. Classic catfight cover! Stunning book looks 8.0-9.0 range, docked for tiny chip LRC and a chew to bottom spine which is nearly invisible from the front. 8 copies in the CGC census; the top copy is a 7.0 and I doubt it beats this one in eye appeal. Beautiful colors and structure. Only sales I'm aware of this year: MCS sold a 1.5er for $300 or so, and currently has a raw 3.0 up for $1030. Tough book!

Only blemish is a strip of tape on the top edge of the spine. Stupid thing is that it’s not even covering a spine split lol.
I’m sure someone more experienced could easily remove it to avoid a notation for grading.
Otherwise clean! Unrestored, I checked all over with a light and surface changes for color touch, nothing!
This one is just as nice if not better than the copy just sold on Heritage (screenshot attached). Save some money and buy this one raw and get it slabbed! I just don’t have the time.
