  1. Got some sweet House of Secrets from Alex. Quick and easy. Thanks!
  2. I'll take FF88 & the Hulk lot of 3
  3. Several years ago before the run up in prices, I looked pretty hard for a low grade VG or so #1 just to have an affordable copy but they never turned up. I gave up but eventually found a wrinkly 3rd print at a show for 20 bucks. Not slabbing or selling, I just feel lucky to have it.
  4. 6) Forgettable cover 7) Origins are not hotly collected 8) It's a digest
  5. Almost all the DC titles from that month carried the MOTU preview. https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Category:1982,_November
  6. Very nice. I've had three copies of this and all three have a weird production issue with the top staple.
  7. I got a small stack from the carousel and couldn't be happier! A-plus!
  8. Here's a fun story. I've been gradually picking up the few remaining keeper covers from mcfarlane for my collection and got this off ebay a little while ago- sat on my shelf for some time before I opened the bag and discovered my first double cover! so I bagged it up again and put it back on my shelf. some weeks go by and I decide to check the condition more closely and- Bling! Are these a thing? I mean are double covers more associated with the mark jewelers? Not really familiar with either. It's a heavier book with all that extra paper.
  9. Unless your getting it slabbed to sell, board and bag it in mylar and leave as is. Absolutely nothing wrong with that book. The slightest spine curl is a good indicator that is hasn't been messed with and is natural for a 40 year old book. That's a big plus, except if you're chasing numbers on a plastic case.
