  1. Yeah, dealers want their cake and love eating it too.
  2. I agree with you Doc, one of the best books from the 90's. Looks like he owns the whole book: https://www.comicartfans.com/galleryroom.asp?gsub=229037 Pretty friggin cool.
  3. Hello CGC Mike, I don't post much in these forums, However I do enjoy reading through many of the topics. Though I don't agree with everything that is said throughout the chats, I can understand your stance. I'm not sure how much of Race's past posts you read, but I can tell you he, on occasion, did a little bullying himself. Old school thinking (or maybe not necessarily old school) would say "what's good for the goose, is good for the gander." Or maybe "if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen". While I agree with your stance on bullying, I sincerely hope you will be applying your virtues throughout the entire CGC forum. Have a great weekend everyone. Jamie out!

Hey Race, Where'd you go? You started a topic and then high tailed it outta here! Come on, man...
  5. Sensational She-Hulk #29 cover with a cool guest shot of Spidey
  6. It's always fun watching these pieces go up for auction.
  7. During summer, I had a few hiccups with USPS, but my last couple shipments via USPS have been spot on. Their prices are unbeatable.
  8. Secrets of Haunted House #5 cover by the the Master of Macabre, Berni Wrightson. Happy Halloween!
  9. I really enjoy Francesco's reports. I can't help but notice (unless I missed it), Wolverine #85 double cover by Adam Kubert sale missing from his reports. That went for a lot of money, I would think it was one of the highest prices during its month sold. I believe that sale was early January.
  10. Steve Carell, 40 Year Old Virgin. Classic!
  11. Steel for Leonardo's Dream. Heavy Metal cover by Luis Royo
  12. I think the current owner of the #75 cover was one of the underbidders of the #85 cover also. He loves his nineties art, I'd be curious to know if he scored the #85.
  13. I'm surprised at the price The Kubert Wolvie cover sold at. Is this the norm now for Adam's Wolverine work from this era, or was this just an aberration?
  14. Also, I think sometimes the artist bite off more than they can chew and may take on too many commissions.
