  8. Buyer is most likely using a freight forward service (which will combine packages etc before shipping it to China). If you are comfortable with the buyer - then should be ok. Note that your responsibility ends when package delivered in Delaware (google address and make sure to use signature service is more than $750). What buyer does afterwards is his respon

  10. if you see how much you were charged you can determine what value was assigned. if you were charged less than $100 then it was submitted under a category where max value is $1000 - which is probably how the offer to you was determined

  12. unless you ask specifically HA will ship without signature required (HA charges extra for signature required on their parcels - at least in my case)
  13. Well - don't worry. Ebay does not apply it to everyone. Had a buyer yesterday make a best offer, which I accepted. After 12 hours (without paying) he requested the order to be cancelled. Told me that when he tried to cancel, it was too late and that ebay asked him instead to contact the seller and request seller to cancel the order for him. So in substance, not much has changed, buyers can still do as they please; ebay still put all the effort on sellers and sellers continue to get xxxxxx

  15. We don't live in a perfect world. Some times, businesses goes under impacting its customers. Some times customers fail businesses by not paying their dues. While people can be upset - it can go both ways. It is all about trust and reputation. There is risk with every transaction..
