We set up at the Collector's Summit held at Heritage the last two years. Not your traditional con, but a lot of great books present.

One that I miss not having on our schedule, but as Bob already said, we are a business and need to make money when taking the time to attend these shows. This one was a minimum 6 day trip including travel days, and the last two times we did we felt we were very lucky to break even or make a few hundred dollars. I do miss seeing our customers in that region and definitely the city. Hoping that show can make a comeback of some kind in the future.

It will be relisted and repriced once we receive it back with the proper print designation.

Hey all, As Beyonder mentioned, we were unaware until one of you let us know yesterday. I was out with my wife, so couldn’t look into the article they linked until today, but I have since confirmed CGC made a mistake and have removed it from the site and eBay so we can get it sent down to CGC and reholdered with the proper print designation. Looking forward to our hometown show this weekend! Alex, Chase, and I will be there with tons of new material since Chicago. I believe we have added about 250+ new slabs to our convention inventory (several thousand more on the website) since Fan Expo Chicago and also spent several weeks repricing the rest of our existing show inventory to fall more in line with current pricing. As always, if you have any books you would like to sell or consign please keep us in mind. Booth #909 ( same spot as last year)

I’ll be there in booth #718! Lots of new books since our last show.

Hi Folks! We are gearing up for a great weekend in Rosemont! We will be in booth #718 with tons of new books!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth this past week, we had a great time even though we were dog tired. We were in a new location this year on the corner of an aisle and finally with 2 booths. We noticed our foot traffic was way up and we had a tremendous show even with having a limited inventory. Hopefully next year we can drive out and bring our full show inventory. As Bob said, the Torpedo show is a great option for those who don't want to spend a ton on the spectacle of SDCC and just want to see great books. There were maybe a few hundred people to contend with over the weekend, in a room packed with amazing books. We'll definitely be back! -Austin

A few more I have picked up since I posted last:

Obviously things are always a little different on our side of the table, but I thought the show was great and the value presented for $15 was unreal. You had wall to wall comic art and vintage comics from dealers such as Superworld, Terry O’Neill, Al Stoltz, Harley Yee, Shelton Drum, Us, and many others. I think any show you go to you can find overpriced books, but we did almost as well as we did at C2E2 the weekend before. And I’ll echo my kudos to Jason for having a vision and making it a reality. He goes above and beyond to make the process easy for dealers and customers alike and it’s a big reason we want to support his show and others like it. Here are a few pictures of our booth from the show! And as an aside, if you see a book that you believe to be overpriced on our site or at a show, feel free to reach out to us and make an offer! It is incredibly tough to reprice hundreds or thousands of books and while we try our best, there are only three of us sailing this ship. I can’t promise we can accept every time, but we will always take a listen. -Austin

We will be at booth Megacon and C2E2 since they are scheduled on the same weekend. Alex and Greg will be in Megacon, so please be sure to stop by Booth #1029 to see what we brought. I believe Megacon put most of the dealers together this year, so hopefully we are all easier to find than last year!
