use the search function as this has been discussed before
I had a great (and informative) time lurking for A YEAR. Not sure I've even asked a question in my ~100 posts
I still love reading old threads just to soak up as much comic info as possible. This place is a treasure trove

That looks like the new style case. Not familiar with the book, but doesn't appear to be anything you could tamper with for profit....,
Right??! Why would anyone try to get over on someone with copper age Transformers comic book.
It's the equivalent of robbing a lemonade stand

So for those who want to meet up at SDCC I will be there as early as Tuesday but between posting these books and now I played a basketball game and managed to rupture my Achilles. The summer of Jeff is over. So will be a bit hobbled during the con and will get there when I get there.
Serenity now!!

I still feel all of these types of shows are staged
Of course they are! But these guys are still experienced at picking and I'm also sure they had their fair share of scores before the tv show.
Gives us all the idea that we'll stumble upon a goldmine one day. It's nice to dream. Even if we do come across something of value in a random yard sale, will we even know what we're supposed to be looking for?

We definitely don't want to break our legs jumping to conclusions here
but...
It seems that if dreamtoreal1 WAS NOT aware these were stolen at time of purchase, he would now be assisting in every way possible to help in this investigation.
I could be wrong though.

Please share with us as much info as you feel comfortable doing so...
Perhaps a general idea as to region if you're not comfortable sharing your town/city - Northeast, Southwest, Midwest, etc.
Also can we get an IP address on this 'Dreamtoreal1' character?
