I'm trying to find some data on the Sideshow designs that Adam did. Specifically the Mystique standing on skulls design. Was that 2010? Was that design in the first "set" that Adam designed? THE "first" design? Did Adam's designs for Sideshow propel Sideshow to it's current status as a premier statue studio?

Acckkkkk! I only had a half dozen in that pile... still, some nice covers. I think I have the aviatrix cover detached and in a portfolio somewhere... If I run into it, I'll take a picture. My FAVORITE Benda: Nice Armstrong with sweet yellow ink:

I too see what you are seeing. However, there's too many panels/figures that look nothing like what Baker would do. LB Cole doing more swiping???

I used to think he was one of the best. I've downgraded him a notch on my "best" list, but I still find really wonderful stuff from him. He's simply not consistently the best. Edited from a Hearsts/Cosmo.

No. I believe you'll find some bits of info in the PBA Auction thread.... It's a Frankenstein book.

Still grabbing the occasional Colliers and adding to the list.... So much terrific artwork in there. I've been taking photos of some of Godwin's work when I go through them. I've considered starting a thread for him... another "favorite" artist of mine.

Good for you! I remember my first time.... -
I could use a better picture.... Such an awesome title covered by the two best artists from DC's golden age! O'Mealia and then Flanagan! Where is Double Action 3?

Can I claim that pedigree for my collection?

Nope. An imitator of the era. I should look for a signature... Here's a Mucha: Metallic inks so the gold (can't see it in the pic) really shines. I just saw one of these sell on feebay for 1k! NICE. I think those collectors are seeking Conan Doyle, but I can't be sure...

I coulda used those about a year ago when I was making some magazine props for a "black" theater production... I think I used Jet instead.

Nope. Those books don't match. You can send that Action to me!
