Honestly this looks like partial Baker at best.  The woman is very stiff and reminds me more of a Kamen pose,  Maybe it is the inking, but curious if others question whether this is Baker?  Still, it is a beautiful copy!

They were all over eBay in the early 2000s and I picked up many of them with the awesome Driben covers.  I especially like the early Whisper issues!

Cool find but I really do not think this is Matt Baker.  Looks more like Milton Caniff or something close to that.
