This is just truly amazing. It is such a good thing to help those in need. Cancer has touched so many families and it can be very overwhelming. The last four years I have been helping my mother who has fought two different diagnoses, and just this last year thanks to MD Andersen and some experimental treatments she is currently in remission. Which considering her first diagnosis 4 years ago they had to drain liters of fluid from her lung ( which happened every 2 to 3 days) and gave her 3 months. So I cannot stress how wonderful it is when others help. If not for several others we would not have been able to get her to Houston to MD , and she would not be with us today. I completely understand how emotional this can be , and want to say thank you to all who actually take the time to help.
