Just finished Season 2 of DD. I really can't see Marvel/Netflix (or just Marvel alone if Netflix can't afford it) NOT extending this version of the Punisher in either his own series or stand alone movie. This version of the character could very well likely become the money maker that the first three movies tried to be.

Finished it. Love it. Definitely more action packed and went deeper than the first season. Especially liked that the costume is still evolving just like the character himself. The ending did feel a bit rushed though and the end to the Punisher's arch felt a little anti-climatic, but that's just me. They credited a lot people in the end credits, but I really hope they sent a big fat check to Frank Miller as this is practically a complete retelling of his entire run (with hints of more Miller to come).

I said I was going to take in this show slowly this time around, but it's very hard to not binge watch. I'm through EP6 now and thinking of staying up late to catch EP7. Season 2 is just flat out awesome (thus far). Best damn portrayal of the Punisher and Elektra thus far.

In all honesty, it's not the best looking 9.6 I've seen, although the wrap is pretty good. The cover, especially the back, appears to be tanning quite a bit. I did check the date of the grade and it was only 3 months ago so I assume the interior pages are still WHITE as labeled. Just weird how the cover can sometimes age so differently than the interior. In any case, it was still cheaper than any of the 9.6s offered for sale on eBay. I have a CGC 9.2 W of issue #2 coming in pretty soon and possibly an issue #3 in the same grade. Thankfully the Kirby issues are not a huge run so this shouldn't set me back to much. As a kid, this series absolutely blew me away. Was really bewildered when it abruptly ended by issue #11. Can't wait to see if Neal Adam's lobbying will get this series made into a movie.

Finally got something new this week. A few slabs and readers.

According to my records, I've only bought one book since Jun of last year. These came in this week a couple of days apart.

Well, it looks like the costume does continue to evolve. Makes sense as the character feels his way through and make incremental improvements. There's hope yet. Elektra needs to show more skin though

I'm missing a high grade (9.0+) slabbed copy of Tec 411 for my Adams Bats run. Got a mid-grade filler right now to fill the hole, but it still feels vacant. Can't bring myself to pay for the crazy prices this book is giong for right now.

Kryptonite grenade? Yep. I take it that's the point in the battle where everything flips over to Batman's side. Based on some of the other scenes already released in previous trailers, I think we have an idea as to the whupazz that Bats is about unleash in a few minutes.

When I "returned" to this hobby back in 2010, Bats 232 was the first book I bought. I had a chance to pick up an absolutely beautiful 9.6 with W pages for $1000, but opted for a 9.4 OW/W for $500 instead. I thought that this was going to be ONLY book I'll buy since I wasn't collecting comics at the time. Been kicking myself ever since. Overall, all the Adams Bats the ended auction last night over at CL showed extremely strong prices with maybe the exemption of the CBCS 9.6 227, but that book had a terrible wrap.

Not sure I like this trailer. Too "fetish-y" to me. Expecting the gimp to come out with a whip and when I see this.

Forgot I had this in the closet already framed. I think it's a good excuse to hang this up now.

Hoooookay. Looks like I have some binge watching in Mar. Time to plan a couple of vacation days. Plus, my Miller DD run gets another boost in market value
