  1. I make a point to go to my two local antique malls about every other month. At last it worked out. The Superman 3 is only a cover with 2 wraps, and the Planet Comics is super nice. Snatched them up, and have both of them sent to CGC for a press and slab.
  2. I have been looking at these comics for a year at my local antique mall. They sat, and today I came in and the owner of the books was working the counter. He asked for an offer because he was tired of them sitting in his case. I was reluctant to give an offer because it was so much lower than what he was asking. He pressed, I said 150 for the whole stack, he said Deal.. They are Fair to Good, but love some more Silver Age Marvel! I guess a year of persistence paid off.
  3. Here is my entry. I wish it was not a key, but I am glad to have it!
  4. My best find yet! This part of a stack that walked into Hot Comics in Minneapolis. I was fortunate enough to be first in to look at it. I bought what I could afford and the rest went quickly afterwards! There are still Golden Age books out there in the wild.
  5. I only have one. I was lucky to get "first dibs" on a stack of golden books. This was one of my selections! Was super happy to get The Toy Man with a double cover!
  6. First post for me... I bought a few goldens out of a collection including this Action 64 (First Toyman). My one and only double cover. Craig
