  2. How did you get in touch with Dan? I can't ever get a response on social media. thanks
  3. Variant cover for Symbiote Spider-Man: Alien Reality #1 by Pepe Larraz. "Symbiote swap" of Leonardi's Spider-man #17. and this nod from Jorge Molina (Captain Marvel #18) to Jae Lee's War of Kings #4
  4. Didn't want to start a new thread, but does anyone know of Alan Davis works digitally only now? I own and have seen other pages from his work on the infinity books and they all seem to be blue line with Farmer inks exclusively. Is this true for his cover work as well? Thanks in advance
  5. Love Booth. Is Corona inking over original pencils or scans? I know when Rapmond was inking a lot of his DC stuff it seemed to be a mix
  6. First time participating. Included 3 covers: Captain Marvel #18 by Jorge Molina Justice League #42 by Fabok/Mendoza Spider-man: Life Story #4 by Kaare Andrews And 2 panel pages: Avengers: Rage of Ultron p.56 by Jerome Opena And 'Tec #1002 p.10 by Walker/Hennessy
  7. I tried for a short time to move this early in the year on both eBay and these boards for 4k obo without so much as an inquiry. I’ve had the same happen at other times over the last year or two, getting more at auction than asking on other sites. Unless you’re a known commodity in the hobby, the comfort and/or exposure certain avenues provide buyers/bidders is almost certainly worth the fee associated with consigning from a financial standpoint imo. (I’ve taken a bath on a few pieces as well, but overall done alright as I’ve navigated the hobby the last 4 or so years since entering)
  8. Very nice. It looked like allred but came in that inkyknuckles box. How did that come about? (He's not repped by them, right?)
  9. What was in the portfolio? Complete story? Were the others commissions? Thanks for sharing
  10. Enjoyed this sequence from Brad Walker/Andrew Hennessy. Gordon having Batman's back, from 'Tec #1002 https://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryDetail.asp?GCat=121197
  11. This route is becoming much more common nowadays, especially for those who aren't completely digital. Makes sense, as it seems much more convenient, as well as efficient, to play around with layouts, poses etc without having to go back and erase or whatever
  12. A new addition to my CAF gallery...the Justice League! https://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=1662858&GSub=191792 Am i doing this right?? Lol, I imagine Vodou pulling out his hair about now Received these in the post over the last week or so. The JL cover is a bit of a grail of mine, or at the least a benchmark or something of that nature. This was one of two covers in particular when i first started collecting I remember coming across and loving but were significantly out of my price range. I had accepted that and was happy swimming comfortably in my end of the pool over the next few years. But times change and so do situations. Feels good to know now that I've managed to obtain one of them a few years down the road (The other I've attempted at but the dealer has proven to be "difficult". I will stay diligent!) Lastly an Alan Davis/Farmer page i got off CAF with some (imo) great contemplative shots of Thanos
  13. What impact do outliers like this generally have? Will we see a bump in prices from the artist/rep? I’m certain at the least that perceived value of prospective sellers has increased
