  1. I second Mike on that, nice colour and a good frame, looks great!
  2. As seen on the marketplace thread decided to sell a bunch of pages to partly fund my latest batch of pages, looking it over I'm pleased, and surprised, that I was able to add some of my most wanted pages from Fables: Homelands, such as: First glimpse of the transformed Blue The Blue and Snow Queen Face off Gepetto reveals Blue Fairy's fate The climatic scene
  3. I'd always looked at the splash, which I've had for a while, of these two pages as a single page, but noticed the out of panel art on the left side, but thought nothing on it. However the first page was listed for sale on CAF and then saw they interconnected. This wasn't shown as a DPS in the book, but, then after checking the trade, I noticed there were a lot of connecting pages in this arc, not just the one or two I'd seen elsewhere. Thus a great art day for me, and I'm thrilled to put them together, I will put up a better scan joined together at some point! But I was excited to get this up. A very cool "find" for my Fables collection. If there is ever an absolute edition it would be great to see all the "hidden" two pagers together. Plus a few more Fables pages http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryNew.asp?GCat=2838&Days=30. Also a classic Homelands page that would have been great to have the lettering on:
  4. Congratulations, lovely detail on those pages, plus you now have a complete story! Which is particularly cool! Really nice to see the actual OA, thanks for sharing. Cheers,
  5. Doohhh, it had Morpheus on it, why did I share the lead with you! Anyway, a gorgeous, gorgeous page, KJ's work varies in style, this is similar to the Calliope page which sold recently, but ...better. Great part of the story on the page, Lucien, Matthew, books and the library element make it steeped in the Sandman mythos......makes me realize why I love this stuff! As a bonus it's also nice to see a good scan! Glad it went to a good home.
  6. Great stuff Michael, just as I said in chat the other night, I really digged the Invaders and Legion stories, congrats on the pick-ups, good to see it!
  7. Great acqusitions Jon (the good thing about collecting modern art, is you have at least a shot at getting nice pages instead of the "Endless" searches .). The Ex Machina 911 pages really are memorable, all the elements you look for in good OA. Congratulations. Also added a couple of Fables pages to my gallery from issue 50. http://qurls.com?i=366
