  1. Actually scratch that. I'll send you a PM Dan
  2. Thanks a lot Mike, I'm very pleased they landed safely and in good time. The force was definitely with UPS this May 4th Cheers, Dan
  3. Interesting! I've seen these type of comics at car boot sales in the past and never thought twice about buying them no matter how cheap. Seeing that auction today has opened my eyes. Mental note - Marvelman 1954
  4. The Beano, No. 442 (January 6th 1951), and 51 other issues from the same year. £1,400+ Shocking. To me these are worthless.
  5. What am I missing here? These are reprints right? Marvelman (L. Miller), Vol. 1, No. 25, and 9 other issues; Young Marvelman (L. Miller), Vol. 1, No. 36 (April 1954), and 12 other later issues. Estimate £35 - £55 Buyer's premium: 26.4% (inc. VAT) And the hammer price - £2,500! So someone paid a total of £3,160 or $4,462 Unbelievable! If I had not just seen it with my own two eyes I would not believe it. Auction estimate of £35 to £55 even seems too high for them. Crazy world.
  6. Much better than a 3.0. I'm thinking 4.5 / 5.0 I sold my 3.0 a few years back for £1,500! What a monumental mistake that was!
  7. Really does have white pages! I didn't notice that missing piece on first glance.
  8. Where abouts would you peg this one? Cheers, Dan
  9. Thanks guys. I had it down as a 3.5 myself so pleasantly surprised to see it valued slightly higher
  10. My blood is boiling after reading that. Now after seeing that 10x Stan signature book steam is blowing out of my ears!
  11. New scans. Any advice you can give on the grade would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Dan
  12. Only this one scan at the moment. Please let me know what you think, a rough idea would be helpful. Cheers, Dan
