I no longer can open my submissions up because the numbers are no longer linked. CGC7634056006 4307271 CGC1243025201 4307277

I sent two books on the same order and both were Economy Fast Track. Both books went into the grading at the same time. But they shipped my books separately which costs me extra and I was wanting to know why they did this? They were both ready to ship withing 24 hours of each other. It is one of the few times I have done this but still they were both on the same order not separate. Thanks

My order 3952017 is at about 223 working days so far. CGC just keeps pushing the turnaround times out. When I had the books dropped off they were at 190 to 200 working days and I did receive all of my modern books back in April but the two Economy books are just dragging on and on. It's two books just get them done.

Checked and when I processed this order it was around 191 to 200 working days. Now I was told the delivery date was really pushed out by another 30 working days because they decided to combine Economy and another tier and that added another estimated 30+ working days. Now does that really sound fair that my books take that much longer because CGC decided to change two tiers. Shouldn't you be trying to get all of those books taken care of before anything else. I mean sounds like after they made this decision suddenly the backlog on this tier got pretty big. You keep pushing going to a higher tier and pay more money for quicker service. But you said earlier nothing is guaranteed not even the expedite options. Don't take this the wrong way but sounds like you are saying I am going to drag these books out to almost a year and then next time they will decide to pay more money to get the quicker service. Because all the quicker service is someone paying extra and getting put in front of the books that have been sitting there for 10 months. Thanks for your time and have a great day. But your turnaround times just keep getting longer and longer on the Economy books. Then you merged it with another that you you decided you didn't need and pushed them out at least another 32 days on top of the already 200. It would be one thing if we had another option other than adding more money but we are forced to use the Economy because of the date the books are published.

I shipped a book back because the label had the wrong variant information listed. I was wondering once they get the box in and yes it had ME written all over it. How long does it take to get open the box and will it be listed on my submission page so I can keep up with it? Also still looking at that one Economy order you still have from October 2021 that has still not been worked. That would be 3952017 order number. Thanks Chris

Yeah about 5 blocks up the road from the convention center is the area called Epicenter and it is a collection of bars and restaurants. Plus many other really nice and good places around the area. Just depends on what you like. Little place we like to hit on Thursdays after we arrive is called Pinky's and it is just up the road and they have great burgers and many other dishes. Several places we usually just take cabs or Ubers to these places so we don't have to worry about driving.

If I remember correctly CGC will not be attending this show. Which surprised me since it always seemed to be a huge show for them. Their booth was always connected to the back of my booth and foot traffic was crazy. I have to say this is one of my all-time favorite conventions and if you like to buy comics and art this is the convention for you. The art auction Saturday night is spectacular. If you want great places to eat hit up Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network they have a ton of placed in Charlotte plus they have built several new breweries I plan on checking out. Drop by the Hero Initiative booth we will have Tony Fleecs and Trish Forstner as our special guests and their very first time at a convention together.

Hi Jennifer, Looks like there is a gap on one side of the slab. It didn't get completely sealed. I haven't sent this book in myself because they have always told be that a 1/4 inch is about the thickest they will slab. This book is about a 1/2 inch thick. Can they slab books this thick now?

What's funny is this just went out the door and the order dropped off of my Submission Tracking list because it had been there over 8 months. WOW! Hoping one day I get one of those quick turn arounds. I see guys saying I don't know what everyone is complaining about I just sent mine in received on February 25th and shipping back March 4th. It has happened a few times that I can see and the least I waited was 6 to 8 weeks. Oh Well maybe one day.

The following second part of an order from 07/09/22 was moved to the Grading/Encapsulation and Imaging over a month ago back in January. It still has not moved to the final stage and shipping. Had another order that moved to that a month after this order and it has already shipped.
