I joke with my friends that every week they just bump the tat another week so don't actually have to process anything. They just keep collecting the money and laugh all the way to bank.

Their biggest failure is their lack of ANY transparency. If they would just let use know what the hell is going on, people would be a lot less pissed at them all the time.

Still in GEI Figured I would give it two weeks and email them again this coming Monday to remind them that its now been 6 weeks. I'm sure they will love it

This is in regards to my 50 Modern Prescreen marked received 6/14, 6+ weeks after Fedex dropped them off. Now 4 weeks and a day after changing status to G/E/I. I thought if I reminded the submissions group once a week for the current time spent in G/E/I that I might get some movement. For context this was the email message I sent them on Monday. Here is this weeks response....

End of today marks 4 weeks in G/E/I for my 6/14 received modern slow boats.

Their not even BBB acredited, I imagine their communication skills are a big part of why they are rated a B- by the better business bureaus.

Well by their own numbers that puts the final TAT final date as this wednesday.... we will see how that pans out.... coming up on 4 weeks in GEI...

Yeah it adds a bit more overhead, but I'm looking to do about the same if thats what gets things back reasonably.

2x 25 book submissions Fast track modern, one set with prescreen sent them September 1st. Delivered to CGC the 7th. Went from marked received to shipped in 48 hours. Yet the 50 other books not fast track have been sitting GEI for three weeks now.....

25 Moderns 6/14/2021 moved from GQC to Shipped today. 2 Moderns 6/14/2021 With specialty labels moved from GEI to GQC today.

The Prescreens changed to GEI yesterday, the other two changed to GEI today.

I am looking to build a website for allowing people to submit books to me for cleaning and pressing. One of the most time consuming portions of putting submitted books into your site is having to figure out which variant cover corresponds to what. It would be much easier to have the people submitting books to me be able to populate a list of books based on the data directly from your site. Are there external facing API calls that I could get permission to use for this purpose? Thank you for your time.

And of course they ship it the day I leave for a two week vacation..... bloody hell...

Fingers crossed for you as well! Hopefully there isn't a month lag between the weeks received 😬 if so my middle 9rder should be here in time for my birthday next year.

Now the prescreens I sent in February are going for grading... and of course four days after they took $700 for the non prescreens received 6/14... &*^$ me running! 5 bucks says they mark all of the 6/14s for grading on Monday as well LOL........

Hope this doesn't make you even angrier... but if you look at the very bottom there is a non prescreen that was also received 3/30 and shipped 3 months ago... And the other fast track shipped....
