I don't have recent experience with Unlimited or Walk-Through tiers, and their pricing practices. Maybe someone could give you some examples of what to expect if you have valuable books. Me, not so much. I'm mainly in the shallow end of the pool. I ship every day as a course of business, so I use my own supplies. I bag and board 25 comics to submit. I put groups of 12-13 into padded envelopes, and then those packed envelopes each into 2nd padded envelopes. Each 12-13 group goes into #1097 boxes from USPS (free to order) with lots of peanuts around the borders, more bubble wrap around the sides, and sealed up. Then I put both of those into a box I can get on ebay that is 16x12x8, fit comfortably with more peanuts all around. I put the packing slip in, seal it up, send it via FedEx. Costs about $24 to ship. The method may change depending on quantity and value. Sometimes I will use the large CGC boxes that they come in when you get an order of 25 or so. We call those battleships. I have insurance through CIS https://collectinsure.com/, so I don't buy separate insurance, which can be as much as the freight cost, or possibly even more. CGC is not covering you on the way to them. There's a lot to consider when submitting comics, and it sounds like you are on the right track.

As far as tiers and values, you just have to use your best judgement. If I have a book that is borderline between 2 tiers, I usually pick the lower one. If I'm wrong about the value (i.e. it's worth way more), CGC will change the grading fee, charge me the difference. This is better than paying the higher fee up front, and then finding out you could have used the lower tier. But bear in mind that when you put a Declared Value on the book at say $400, you are only insuring it for $400. If you think it could possibly grade very high and be worth $1600, if something happens to it at any time, CGC is only responsible for the amount you declared, $400. As far as memberships go, I have Elite. I think that fits best for you, if you are going to put in quite a few comics. You are spending an additional $299 for that membership, but you get an immediate $150 credit. Also by getting 10% off on every submission, you can earn back the other $150 in no time. Good luck with your grades!

Looks like I am way behind the rest of the world (again).

Lately the estimates are very close. There was a period of time that it was ridiculous. Estimates are here: https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/services-fees/cgc-grading/ I thought only the kids didn't use punctuation, which is super annoying. I see you did use 3 periods for 9 sentences, one of which needs a question mark. Please increase your punctuation budget.

reporting stolen lot of graded books

Wow! Four years later and an ocean away. That's some fine detective work! -
Isn't that Marvel vs. Marvel?

"Dollars to donuts" aka "a dollar to a donut" In the past, that expression meant something was so certain that you would bet $1 to what used to be a 5 cent donut, or roughly 20:1 odds. Now I think it is pretty much even odds, $1 to a $1 donut, or possibly less than an even-money bet. But the expression hangs in there, or is it lost on the current generation?

That's weird that it came through on the email, but not in the actual post. Another CGC gremlin. -

My email notification of this post showed a photo of some of these slabs. No photos here. -

"Reholstering" - That's a good one. If you contact Customer Service, and point them to this posting, they can probably help you out. -
Just go by MCS. It's usually correct. Link in earlier post. These days, CGC will either note the cover artist or just say "variant edition". It's a bit random.

According to MCS, the top is 1G and the bottom one is 1F. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?q=Gun+honey+1&pubid=&PubRng=

Transporting 130 short boxes across the country

You're a bit late with the suggestions. Months late. The move is in progress as you can see by the photos in his update. -

Yeah, I saw that right after. Don't see any type of hoist, though. Four man lift? -

So each crate holds 16 short boxes? How were they able to lift those for stacking? Just manpower? And just pushing them around and up the ramp. Ugh. I don't see any wheels. -
Oh, it's the Immediate Payment function being referred to. Yeah, I'm very familiar with that, just never heard it called automatic payment. And even when you don't have it set, eBay will force it anyway. As mentioned above, eBay is more and more requiring a payment method in place for bidding and offers. It's a mixed bag, because while it may be preventing some instances of nonpayment, it is a speed bump for sales and combining shipping. Pick your poison, I guess.
-
Where is that setting located? I don't think I knew you could control how/when people paid. This requires you to invoice before they can pay?

The notation refers to it being a Danish Edition, which it does not appear to be. I think it has been placed there in error. You could contact Customer Service to get it corrected at no cost to you. https://www.reddit.com/r/comicswap/comments/17k2huj/usaz_h_amazing_spiderman_238_rare_danish_edition/?rdt=57531

You don't really want to do all separate posts. You can group them by whatever makes sense, such as price, or story arc. That way you could have a dozen or more on a single post that says $10 each, or 5 for $40. Check the For Sale categories for people putting up large sales, and copy that. Like maybe this one:

Looks to be a replica #98 cover installed on the inner pages of True Believers Deadpool #1. Probably made intentionally to deceive.
