  1. Not a garage sale, but a lucky e-bay hit. I bought this lot for the coverless Jet Powers 3 on the bottom left. Turns out the middle book on top was not incomplete, it just had the cover folded inside. Matt Baker goodness for the cost of shipping.
  2. DC went thru 1945, Mutt and Jeff 18 Summer 1945 Mutt and Jeff 19 Fall 1945 Mutt and Jeff 20 Winter 1945 are all 40 pages (48 pages with 4 leafs cut out of the back half leaving 40)
  3. Four Color first series 1-25, second 1-1354 On the 1354 I have the probable missing isues as well.
  4. I was in a second hand store many years ago that had a lot of golden age comics with a wire running through the corner so they could hang them from the ceiling. Still cringe at the memory.
  5. No, about 20 made it. I was helping fill holes toward the end
  6. In my case Ernie paid to have the books shipped to him for photo's and then shipped back. He gave me the Deluxe Leather bound copy of the Journals as compensation.
  7. Sorry 49, my eyes are getting too old 49 Loopy De Loop

  9. 45 sure looks like Cindy Bear 39 Punkin Puss 9 Mushmouse 58 Lambsy 54 Bristlehound ?? can't find Mildew but he should be there. These make me feel my age.
  10. He shipped the book, so I'm only out the money I spent sending the 9.0 back to him. I'll count it as closed and move on Monty
  11. He responded to the Paypal case and I have my book. Nomination cancelled
