    The SiP is notorious for the black cover and uv coating plus very low print run.

    Another MANGAZINE spec is issue #44 which features the first USA appearance in a comic of EVANGELION!

    True. I guess someone really wanted it. It is a pretty hard comic to find in good condition since many of them ended up in dollar bin boxes or were actually *GASP* read!
