Either this is a scam or CGC screwed up and this is a steal of year

Surprised as I thought the cream to off white pages and glue wouldn’t lead to a strong price. I guess cover presentation is a priority

Paying close to 6 figures for a book, page quality def counts. A 6.5 last month in comicconnect broke 110k that had ow to w pages

I also thought would hit a million. Still a strong price as last recorded gpa sale for 9.2 was shy under 600k in 2019

Now if more people thought like you, we wouldn't have these drastic price decreases for AF15

We all have to also understand that there are several variables to consider with the declining prices. The copies thus far on the downward spiral have been all with chipping, staining and tape. They are not the most eye appealing copies. Curious to see if there is a big price decline for a copy that presents well for its grade
