The Rep I spoke to on the phone indicated that all reholders will be cracked open and not guaranteed to cross at any specific grade and advised not sending in the 9.5 that were previously gem mint? Can you clarify? @CGCRyan Similarly a 9 with subgrades of 9 and 9.5 may cross into a 9.5 in the new black label as well?
  2. I have recently gotten a copy back of a CGC encapsulated magazine sized slab. There seems to be a slit on the side that is open and not completely sealed. Is this common on the magazine style slabs or is it something I should send back as a Mechanical Error? I have attached pictures but would love some help/guidance. The book received a great grade that I am very happy with and arrived to me this way. Thanks in advance!
