  1. ...from the emails, it appears that (as part of their divorce?), Lynn has to provide Frank a 3-day exclusivity period to purchase art in her possession that he created prior to her selling it. Frank has to pay the list price that Lynn plans to offer the artwork to the public. That is what I gleaned from the various emails. Those sorts of "exclusive windows to purchase" are fairly standard in divorces with respect to property such as beach homes, etc.
  2. Neal started this cover in 1970 for Thor #180 but, according to Neal, Marie Severin had done a layout for the same book that Stan Lee asked Neal to follow. So Neal stopped working on this one and did the one Marie designed. Neal looked at the sketch lines on the cover and he said they indicated what direction he was going with it and he was happy to finish it in 2016. At CAF, you can see the original 1970s cover with Odin, Thor and part of Mephisto. To finish, Neal completed Mephisto and added the demon. Again, per Neal, the layout was intended (and is) a split screen of 2 worlds. Thor is being cast out of Asgard into wherever Mephisto is. As always, Neal and Jason were PHENOMENAL to work with. Neal is incredible and pours his heart out into his work -- I encourage everyone to get to his website and purchase your some of Neal's work for your own collection! Hope you like this Neal Adams cover: http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1363838

  15. ** my earlier comment shouldn't mean you should not donate only that one shouldn't think that the drawings will arrive for donors....donate because you believe he needs help and not that he will do a drawing for you
  16. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated and as an added incentive, for those who send in $40 or more I will do a drawing of any comic book character you like after I get ahead on my commissions. More detailed commisssioned drawings can be discussed at a later point. ** Since Bob is years and years behind on his commissions after having taken money from people, I doubt he will ever get the drawings done for donors.

I love the heads/expressions in the upper left and the crackle and energy of the Reaper -- Cap better throw his shield and disrupt his aging scythe or Bucky is in real trouble!!!! David was great to deal with and did the commission in just a few weeks. I highly recommend him. You can write him at: d.goldingartist@virginmedia.com . Tell him the One Minute Later guy sent you.
