  1. Hey Doc, Great idea. I'm bringing about 100-150 pieces also for trade/sale. Here is the link to the art I'm bringing. I will be adding about another 20-30 pieces over the next couple weeks. Home | Wolvie Fans (wolviefanscomicart.com) Rob
  2. I agree with you, batman_fan, that Joe Kubert Weird Wars cover finished pretty strong. I saw that cover in person, and it is a beauty. Congrats to the buyer and seller. I was a bit surprised at Astonishing Spider-Man & Wolverine #3 cover by Adam, it was inked over blue line. $10,200 seems really strong.
  3. Spawn #88 cover by Capullo and McFarlane. Jack o' lanterns, black cat, and spooky owl. Halloween rules!
  4. Issue #42 original pencils, cover, poster, and bag. They all look like they were colored differently. Maybe, like Chris said, they were shot directly from the pencils? Hell, I dunno, but I figure I would throw in my two cents in...
  5. "I like talking to a brick wall- it's the only thing in the world that never contradicts me!" -Oscar Wilde Elric by Michael Whelan
  6. Minstrel in Exile by Barry Windsor-Smith, 1979. Published in Opus vol.1 and as the cover for Coppervale's International Studio 2004 Feb/Mar edition.
  7. Same here. Trading can be tons of fun. I find that these days the better pieces you can only trade for.
  8. Just got this massive beauty 18" x 24". HUUUUUUGE! Wolverine #21 cover By Adam Kubert
  9. That's easy Voord, it was the Super Duper Soldier Serum
  10. Using references/models/swiping, isn't really a new practice. This was being practiced over 500 years ago----
  11. SOLD--12x17. Weapon X #1 p.19 by Adam Kubert, 1995. A great page from the 1st issue of Weapon X with a killer image of Apocalypse! 1995
  12. Big (15"x 21.5") image of Medusa by Barry Windsor-Smith done in pencil. Dated at the bottom, 1978. .
  13. Spidey's- Miles Morales and Peter Parker, thanks Eranga!
  14. I've traded high end art before (not quite twice up Kirby art), but it is always with another collector. Good luck, though. Sounds like a great piece.
  15. A few of the published pieces from Wolverine #90 by Adam Kubert. I just used a basic black frame with a black mat. Framing double, triple and quadruple page splashes, I really tried to keep it basic.
