  1. And here we go again! Another poster sleeve sent out with damage caused at the facility. Crescent shaped indentations right thru the front, the poster and the back of the sleeve. Where is the quality control? The moment I removed the poster from the poly back the damage was staring me right in the face. Impossible to miss. That is 3 ME's in a row! UPDATE: Just received my 2nd shipment now. No damage to the box. The poster sleeve literally looks like it melted. Totally warped!! Number 4 ME in a row! I need to speak to a supervisor!
  2. Very disheartening to read this thread. I'm on the poster side of collecting and my last two shipments had to be sent back for ME's. Scratched sleeves, others sealed improperly causing the poster to buckle. I also ask how do these leaved the facility? Also, they stopped double boxing to save on on shipping and handling but the packing materials are now weaker and subject to damage. Also, please EXPEDITE ME's...shouldn't have to wait if the problem was caused at your end. It's just wrong.
  3. Hi- I just had 3 submissions received and all charges where higher than when i inputted them. No explanation as to why I was charged more than shown on my Customer Copy. Is this an increase in shipping? Also, i have had a $44 credit balance sitting on my account but accounting refuses to use it against my charges. Why? thanks for your help.
  4. Hi Jennifer- Thanks for getting back. I do understand. Regards, Robert
  5. Thanks Jennifer- Here's the info: CGC7118935259 2113006 I can see it's in the grading process. I count 35 business days vs. estimated 20 days. So this is for posters not comics. Am I wrong to think this is not excessive? It's almost 2x the estimated range for turn around? Best, Robert
  6. So, I have posters that were submitted for standard service which has a 20 day turnaround. I do understand that this is just guidance, but it is now 35 days. I have contacted the appropriate people but wouldn't it be great to receive a notice stating that we are running late. I could easily understand and accept the delay. But should the onus be on the submitter to have to keep checking? A simple email would really be appreciated. In addition, I'm now halfway to the next grading tier (55 days) which is cheaper than standard so it seems somewhat unfair to pay for a service an not receive it. Just sayin'....
  7. Much appreciated, Jennifer! -robert

  9. Hi there- Just curious if the grading process has slowed down somewhat. Recently sent in 4 new submissions since 3/31, some walk thru & express with no movement yet. No pressure, just curious..thanx for responding!
