A bit more than spin tics, some big creases there, that crease or scratch on bottom corner,  BC and pages have sun shading or just tanning from age. Not sure CP would help much. 5.0..maybe 5.5

Hmmm..really thought this would rate higher. Is it the spine tics, which seem minor to me, that are dragging it down from an 8.0?

It was advertised as a 9.0, which I realized it wasn't, but thought it was an 8.0.

Another recent purchase. Like to see if you agree with what the auction house rated it as.

I don't think that would get you a green label, but perhaps others would know how large a corner out of inner page would lead to that.

If no green label and because of corner out I'd say 5.5 Universal.

Looks like an excellent copy in the 9's ..maybe even 9.6..but probably has some small imperfections which could bring it down to 9.2. Need at least some corner close ups to tell for sure.

well spine does have a few CB ticks, but it is well attached by staples

yes, good looking comic, but some defects especially dirty back , 8 near top  bring it down to 7.5/8.0. CP could help

The Marvel Chipping on your copy looks more severe than in the example though.

how do you tell difference between marvel chipping and damage by a rodent or insects? I thought the later was the case and with other defects was going to give a 3.0. If production defect then this could be 4.5

Ditto..good copy. I got one but lesser quality 5.0 as graded by , shudder, PGX
