    I recently got a shipment back from the Cates and Stegman signing and the box was over stuffed and poorly secured and one of the slabs has a huge crack in the bottom left corner. What can I do about getting it reslabbed?

    So I’ve never gotten any books pressed before. I know you need 15, but could I send, say, 3 SS series and 12 normal in the same box and have them all go through pressing or do they all need to be on the same invoice? Thanks!

    With all these private signings coming up, I want to send a total of 7 books for 4 of the signings. Do I have to send 4 different packages or can I ship everything together?
