  1. Again.....go find me 5 copies and I'll mail you my entire collection..............should be easy since you think there are thousands of them out there....go go go go. But I'm the one that doesn't know anything about reality or comics lmfaoooooooooooo. Dumb scrub.
  2. Yeah I didn't say that they printed 40 copies, but after the majority of them were not bought they were returned and destroyed. I've seen multiple people mention over the years there are around 50 copies probably. Not just this book, but #2 and other books in that run. It was the last year of newsstands and the initial run was incredibly small. I've been on ebay(have had alert set and only seen 3 so I'm not sure how you saw 7), facebook, IG and youtube for a few years now and I have seen a total of 3 copies. Thanks man appreciate it.
  3. You clearly don't know much about newsstand books in that year. Go ahead and keep thinking I'm wrong. If you can find more than 5 copies I'll mail you my entire comic collection. Good luck.
  4. Just picked up this guy. Estimated around 40 copies exist.
  5. I just got an x-men 141 mj that I have been trying to find for years.
  6. Anyone have a good way of shipping a lot of books? What if you want to ship 50 books to someone? How would you secure that? Thanks.
  7. Appreciate the replies. Surprised I’ve never heard of the issues with mylites4’s. I can see why people still like them though, the 2 modern books do look and feel nice.
  8. I bought some but I wasn’t ready for how hard it is to get the board or book in or out of the bag. I tried 2 silver age books and actually stopped because I thought I might damage them. I tried 2 modern books and it worked but it still wasn’t smooth like with mylites2’s. I assumed they were the best, but I just ordered some mylites2’s which work better. Lesson learned I guess.
  9. Here are all of my pence price variant comics.
  10. loooooooooooooool that's awesome omg
  11. I've got New Mutants 87 and 98, ASM 135(second Punisher), Avengers 257(first nebula), X-men 142 and ASM 316 all Mark Jewelers. I'll see if I can get some pics at some point.
  12. I like the Venom 25 the best. My favorite Venom cover of all the Cates run. Especially the virgin 25 cover.
  13. Ok that's great news. It must not be very popular because I don't see anyone doing it, but I will move forward with getting it done then. Thanks.
  14. I've watched a lot of videos on people cleaning and pressing books and they are always books that are in really nice shape and the clean/press just puts them over the top or significantly improves them. So let's say you had a 3.0 silver age book that was worth $500, can that book be cleaned/pressed and possibly have it bump a .5 grade or more? Or is that not possible because it's already a 3.0 and you can't really improve books like that? Thanks for the info.
  15. Ok got it, thanks for all the great input guys. Appreciate it.
  16. I agree that there is skill and technique to it. That's why I am asking this question because I want to try and learn it. I wouldn't even think about trying to press my own nice books until I had put in a lot of work.
  17. Will this press work? It's only $105 and has great reviews. Why buy the ones that are $75-100 more? Tshirt Press Are there certain features you need to have? I mean you basically just need heat right? Just checking before I buy something that won't get the job done. Thanks for any input.
  18. I was on eBay and I ran across these Italian and Mexican variants of spider-man called Hombre Arana and L’uomo Ragno? Just wondering if you guys have heard of them or know anything about them. I can’t believe I’ve never seen them before. The asm 300 copies going for a lot on eBay.
