  1. It’s worth a lot to me! I have so few of these square bounds, you are so right, no evidence of any staples on the back covers of any of them. Front cover completely split, 3 staples added after production. Thanks a lot for clearing that one up.
  2. “Sir Leonard Washington”. Incredible result man, huge congratulations on this one.
  3. fair. What an amazing skit. Immediately I picture him talking with the toothpick in his mouth. I shall remain Rick “Jones”, *****.
  4. Hello, looking for estimates on this well read copy. From what I can see, the front cover is hanging on by the original middle staple, and 2 new ones have been added to hold it in place, one at the top, and one at the bottom. The front cover appears to have been detached apart from at the middle staple. Thank you!
  5. 3 years ago when I was Covid bored and thought it up, I would have been happy with someone just getting the chapelle’s show reference. I happily accept your high praise and will refrain from using the word “sir” in the future, Rick Jones is more street than that. Thanks @Corvonie @TheComicsPreacher

  7. I’ve always wondered how the rest of the collecting, particularly the Incredible Hulk collecting world, ranks the desirability of issues #4 through .#6 of the original series. As values and sold prices go, they tend to fluctuate between the 3, with each one having its time in the sun as the most valuable/desirable issue(no need to debate 1 through 3 I would say). Issue 4 is of course the earliest, with an origin story, issue 5 has the 1st appearance of a long lasting minor marvel villain in Tyrannus, and issue 6 has the ambiance of Ditko’s first work on the Hulk/cool cover. Personally I like them in the order they were released, 4 best 5 second best 6 third. How do the rest of you feel about these 3 issues? ps I don’t own any of them lol.
  8. Hello, looking for grade estimates for this copy. I’m really starting to see why people love collecting silver age FF
  9. Lol thanks. In this forum, board members attempt to assign a CGC numerical or old school(GD, F-VF, NM for example) grade to the comic whose pictures are provided. For example, @scburdet(who is usually very good at grade estimates btw) guessed it would receive a 7.5. Feel free to give it a shot if you like!
  10. Hey guys, what do you think? Very nice gloss and bright cover colours, and lays super flat, but some light tanning and some nicks here and there too. Thank you!
  11. Honestly, out of 13 people, 6 of them guessed correctly at 4.0. I don’t think they are surprised or disappointed. Just accurate
