So I submitted books back in March or April can't remember on those to months as it's been over half a year now. Anyways they say they received them in July which is when they opened them (last ronin books) the turnaround time was much smaller at the time of them opening them unlike what it is now. My question is do they go by what it was at that time or everytime they decide to change it and add way more days to I just have to wait longer each time they do this?

I just joined as a paid member at the lower membership fee. I emailed them to see if I would get the free shipping kit fast enough to be able to send it back to them in time for a signature event on July 6 but I think I will just put it in a nicer shipper box I have and priority mail it to them to make sure I get it there in time and just use the free shipping kit for a different group of books I'll send in later.
