Hi, I was reviewing my updated status to my submission #4082456 which currently is in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging status. I checked it before and the details WERE correct now suddenly it changed and I'm very concerned. I sent in 2 comics as stated below: 1. Still Ill Princess Zombie Tramp #56B 2022 MegaCon Orlando Exclusive Ltd 50 Nice Cover United States 2. Still Ill Princess Zombie Tramp #56B 2022 MegaCon Orlando Exclusive Ltd 50 Naughty Cover CURRENTLY both are shown as (Which Obviously the Comic Description is Incorrect): 1. Zombie Tramp 1 7/14 Action Lab 2. Zombie Tramp 1 7/14 Action Lab What will happen now? Did my order get mixed with someone else? It's an Error? Will it be corrected? Please, Please let me know and that the issue will be fixed. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I thought Newton Rings were more rainbow like which I also have of other slabs this seemed different and less oily and more actual spirals and rings. I guess there are different types of Newton Rings? Thanks.

Hi All, I got back some freshly graded slabs and have been getting these weird "suction cup" like issues. It's inside and annoying to look at. I assume it won't damage the comic but not sure. What to do? Thoughts? Any and all thought appreciated! Thanks.

After looking at the submission form again and playing around with it. I figured it out. Nevermind.

Hi all, I submitted a couple comics recently and didn't press them. I got good grades but feel I could get slightly higher if I press and re-submit. I was looking at the submissions page and it doesn't seem I can re-holder and press a comic? I would have to somehow crack the slab (without damaging the comic) and re-submit with a press? It seems I might need to just live with the grades I got? Thanks for any advice.

Yeah my whole order was shipped and I even received in the mail late last month. I thought cool then my credit will kick in later I guess as a credit on my statement. Nothing as of late and my membership re-news in a couple days which means I'll lose my credit. I guess that's what happens when you're so backed up with sooooooo many new orders and have to hire new workers and staff other things get put on hold. I'll have to take an L for this credit and luckily I get a new credit once my account re-news and I should use it early rather than later. Lesson learned.

Hi, I submitted an order and wrote that I would like to use my $150 credit on the invoice. I didn't hear anything. I wrote a message through the website forum to see if I would get a response. Nothing. I e-mailed Barbara and I have heard nothing. I'm wondering what to do? Thanks.

Hi, This is my first signature series signing and I want to submit multiple comics for Frank Miller to sign. Do you have a time-frame when my card will be charged? After the signing or when it's received? Thanks!
