  1. Is there any update on the Jim Starlin signing event? I don't even see it on the signature event schedules page now.
  2. I had books that I submitted under a current credit card and CGC kept billing to an old creidt card on file on submission 3990395. The books have been completed for over 2 months and the billing issue CGC caused was fixed over a month ago. I was charged a huge bill all at once due to the mistake I did not cause. Now my books that were done for a couple months are STILL held up in shipping and I am not getting any answers on when they will ship. The customer support line can't seem to answer the question. When will they ship?
  3. I have an order number CGC8639943048 submitted back in March for 2 magazines. The search tool doesn't bring up this order number and the submittion number has fallen off my status page so I don't know what was assgined to it. How do I find out where this order is?
  4. I had this same issue last year. All of my open orders were put in using a NEW a credit card and they still try to charge using my old CC information (I called the CC company to confirm). My CC number stayed the same, but the expiration date and CV code changed. Why are they doing this??? I can't get through to the accounting department, I keep getting put on hold and have to leave a message (for 8 hours today now they are closed).
  5. I can't get through to their toll free number. I get put on hold, then have to leave a message for them. I haven't gotten a response to any emails in months on other questions. I will try the ask CGC section and hope someone is actually looking at it.
  6. CGC keeps charging my old, expired card even though on all my submissions I am putting in correct NEW card information. Why are they doing this? I can't even get through to the accounting department to get this corrected.
  7. I was told that was supposed to lock in my individual submission rates at the old price prior to the FIRST price increase, now they increased them another $2 per book again. How does that affect my ELITE membership going forward? I feel like I got tricked into signing up to a higher membership tier and got stuck with another price hike.
  8. My order shows shipped for a couple days, but it is not in red with a tracking number to follow. Why is that?

  10. Why does CGC quote current TAT when books were submitted months ago? TAT back in March / April time frame where under 90 days when the books were received.
  11. I am just wondering. In the past when they hit this stage, it was within a week or less and they were marked shipped. The "Scheduled for Grading" stage would be a months long wait, but once they hit Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging it would be a very short wait to see them shipped. Now I have books in "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" for a couple months and get the default response TAT is "xxx" days. Why do they push them to grading if they aren't actually being graded?
  12. How long does it take to get through Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging stage? In the past it was within a couple days once it moved from "scheduled for grading" queue and hit the Encapsulation stage and shipped. The person on the phone told there was no time frame and to refer to the Turn Around posted. To me that is a non-answer.
