    Blue Bolt #106 Good 2.0 range. Cream to off-white pages, complete and unrestored. Book shows overal wear through out! There is about a 2" piece of tape on the cover ..back cover and on every page of the book. the previous owner likely put the tape here to prevent the book from getting worse. Asking $400
